Mission

BWEL provides curated supports and services for Black women educators in K-12 education focused on cultivating and retaining leaders. Through providing an intentional space focused on professional development and access to networking opportunities with other leaders, BWEL will build a community of leaders and deepen the impact of our members within schools and districts.
